While trying to retrieve the authorization groups, an error (5) occurred

I successfully deployed the feature to my server and have run it both locally and remotely under the main administrator account and my account (which is a farm admin account), but get this error.  I don't see this anywhere in the code, but am browsing online so may have missed it.  What does this error mean?

When querying a different userID, I get
Value was invalid. Parameter name: sddlForm
Not sure what the difference is - both are domain\userID.  Both are members of groups, but have no administrative priveleges.

Thanks,
Sarah

Sorry for posting on your topic, but I was unable to create a new discussion. Here's my question:

The 'SharepointUserAccountControl.Feature.wsp' has been globally deployed in my central administration. But is doesn't showup underneath 'Topology and services' in the operations page.

Does anybody know how I can make this part visible?

Did you enable it in your CA website? Did you go to Site Actions->Site Settings->Site Collection Features->Activate Sharepoint User Account Control?
